Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to the Haitian Media Streaming Network at hmsnmedia.com. We are committed to providing you with the best live TV and radio streaming experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your HMSN subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account at hmsnmedia.com, navigate to your Account Dashboard, and select "Cancel Subscription." If you experience any issues canceling through your dashboard, you can also request a cancellation by emailing our support team at support@hmsnmedia.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

2. Continued Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be billed again. However, you will retain full access to all HMSN premium live TV and radio streams until your current billing period expires.

3. No Partial Refunds

All subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for unused time, unviewed content, or accidental subscriptions. Because you retain access to the platform through the remainder of your billing cycle after canceling, we do not prorate charges for mid-month cancellations.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If you signed up for a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once your payment method is billed at the end of the trial, the charge is non-refundable, and your access will continue until the end of that billing month.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

HMSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In the event of an account termination due to a violation of our terms, no refunds will be provided.
