Account & Billing
How do I subscribe to HMSN Premium?

To unlock our full lineup of 1080p live TV and radio streams, simply click the Sign Up or Subscribe button at the top of the page. You will be prompted to create an account and enter your payment details securely.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Log in to your account, navigate to your Account Dashboard, and click Cancel Subscription.

If I cancel mid-month, do I get a partial refund?

No. As outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed again, but you will retain full access to your premium streams until your current monthly billing cycle expires.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Go to the Login page and click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your HMSN account, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.

Streaming & Technical Support
Why is my video buffering or freezing?

Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection fluctuates or is not fast enough to support the video quality you are currently streaming. To reduce or completely eliminate freezing, you can decrease your video quality (bit rate) to better match your internet speed.

To do this, navigate to your Profile and adjust your video quality settings. We broadcast our live signals at 1080p, 720p, 480p, and 360p. The options available to you depend on your subscription tier:

  • 1080p Plan Subscribers: You have access to all broadcast qualities. If you experience freezing at 1080p, try lowering your stream to 720p, 480p, or 360p until the video plays smoothly.
  • 480p Plan Subscribers: You can alternate between 480p and 360p. If 480p is buffering, stepping down to 360p will help stabilize your feed.

Other quick tips to stop buffering:

  • Pause the stream for a few seconds to allow the video buffer to build up, then press play.
  • Try refreshing your web browser or clearing your browser's cache.
  • Disconnect from VPNs, which can sometimes slow down video delivery over your network.
Can I watch HMSN on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Our website, hmsnmedia.com, is fully optimized for mobile browsers. You can stream all live TV and radio stations directly through Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android) on your mobile device.

Is there a native mobile app for iOS or Android?

We are currently launching our Phase 1 rollout exclusively on the web. Dedicated native mobile applications for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store are currently in active development and will be released in the future. Your web account credentials will work seamlessly on the apps once they launch.

Can I share my account with family and friends?

No. Your HMSN account is for personal use within your immediate household only. Our system monitors for unauthorized credential sharing and simultaneous logins from multiple locations. Accounts found violating this policy may be subject to suspension.

Content & Access
Are there geo-restrictions on what I can watch?

While we strive to make all content available globally to the Haitian diaspora, certain sporting events or specific live television broadcasts may be subject to regional licensing restrictions. If a channel is blacked out in your specific country, it is due to international broadcasting rights out of our control.

How do I find my favorite radio station?

You can seamlessly switch between Video and Radio using the navigation menu. In the Radio section, you can browse by category, view what is currently playing, or use the search bar to find a specific station instantly.
